Note Pad Purses

I decided to make these after I saw a post about them at Infarrantly Creative where she made some that were super cute. Check out her blog she always has really cute stuff on it.
Mine are basically the same, but my paint chips were from Valspar because Lowe's didn't have Behr paint chips. Also I used stickers instead of brads because I found the stickers on sale 4 for $0.49 at Michael's Arts & Crafts.
Supplies:
Paint chips *free -Lowes
Stickers *4 for $0.49 - Michael's Arts & Crafts
ribbon *12 for $1.00 (ribbon spool of 6 designs each cut in half) - Target
note pads *16 parts $2.49 (set of 4 pastels divided into 4 sections of each color) - Target
Cost per note pad purse $0.36

So basically these are super cute and really cheap too :)

1. Using a Behr paint chip or a 5” x 6” piece of cardstock score the long side 3 6/8”, 3 1/2”, 1 1/8”, and 7/8”. Fold at lines.

2. Cut the sides at an angle to form a purse shape.

3. Hole punch the top of your purse with two holes for the purse handle using a small punch. Attach sticker or brad to the front of the purse to stick the flap under.

4. Using ribbon attach your purse handle. Double knot the ends so it stays in place.

5. Grab a small stack of post it notes. Make sure the sticky part is at the bottom of your purse using scissors trim the sides at a slight angle (like your purchase base).

6. Using double sided adhesive adhere the post it notes to the inside base of your purse. Close it and you are done.
