1. Gather your materials.
2. Paint the wooden clothes pins with the lime green paint and allow to dry.3. Paint the wooden frame with the shamrock paint and allow the paint to dry.4. Use the cardboard piece from the frame to trace on the cork board the size you need and cut it out.5. Paint the piece of cork board with the lime green paint and allow paint to dry.
6. Mod Podge a piece of green patterned scrapbook paper to one side of the card board from the picture frame and allow to dry.7. Using hot glue gun, glue the cork board piece onto the other side of the cardboard piece.
8. On the front towards the bottom left of the frame paint Top O' the Mornin' in black acrylic paint.9. Using the hot glue gun glue the clover on the bottom right of the frame and the clothes pins at the top of the frame.
