Fiesta Dinner Cupcakes

1 lb. ground turkey

1 can corn

1 can black beans

1 can diced chilly ready tomatoes

1 package taco seasoning

1/2 bunch of cilantro

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

10 grands jr biscuits

1. Brown turkey.

2. Then follow directions on taco seasoning packet.

3. Add can of tomatoes.

4. Drain corn and beans and add.

5. cut up cilantro and add to mix.

6. press biscuits out into cupcake pan.

7. Scoop mix into biscuits.

8. Add cheese on top.

9. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-20 minutes.

10. Take out of oven and enjoy.
