Valentine Boxes

I didn't do much for Maddison's teachers at Christmas time so I decided they needed something a little more special for valentine's this year. So I started looking through the blog world and found something I liked here at Echoes of Laughter: A Sweet Treat for Teacher... and I modified it to work better for us.

I think they ended up turning out pretty cute. I will be adding the teacher's names on them this afternoon with my paint pens while Maddison takes a nap. She put all the stickers on and helped with filling the compartments.

The things I got for this project:

• boxes with divided compartments $3 each at Walmart in the fishing aisle.
• bags of wrapped valentines candies $1 each at Dollar Tree.
• hand sanitizer 2 pack $1 for the pack at Dollar Tree.
  
• valentine erasers a lot in a pack $1 for pack at Dollar Tree.
• sweethearts lipgloss $1 each at Dollar Tree.
• Small Clips $0.75 on clearance at Walmart.
• pack of stickers $1 at Dollar Tree.

So each box ended up costing under $10, and they turned out super cute.

Maddi had a lot of fun decorating the outside of the boxes with the stickers and helping me divide up the things to put in the little box and I am sure her teachers are going to love them.
