Snow Ice Cream

Today is the 5th snow day out of school this year. The first 4 were last week Tuesday - Friday. We went to school Monday and Tuesday this week then woke up to another snow day today. The snow today is the right kind for snow ice cream so I helped Maddi make some chocolate snow ice cream. My favorite snow ice cream is actually vanilla, but this was for Maddi the queen of chocolate. Here are the steps to make some if you would like:

Chocolate Snow Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 cups of snow

3 T of chocolate milk

1 T of chocolate syrup (not really necessary, but the queen of chocolate likes hers to have extra chocolate)

Directions:

1. Find snow that doesn't have dirt or other things you wouldn't want to ingest.

2. Stir snow milk and syrup together and serve.

Vanilla Snow Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 cups of snow

3T milk

1T vanilla extract

2T sugar

Directions:

1. Find snow that doesn't have dirt or other things you wouldn't want to ingest.

2. Stir ingredients together and serve.
